助理设计师

方案组

招聘要求：

1、室内设计、建筑设计、艺术设计、美术学、环境艺术等相关专业大专以上学历；

2、能熟练运用3Dmax、Photoshop、AutoCAD、草图大师等专业软件，希望为进入方案设计师做基础专业训练。

3、品德好、工作认真负责，具有很强的领悟和理解能力，并具有良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神，热爱设计、责任心强、能承受一定工作压力；

4、制作、收集、整理所需设计资料，建立并完善设计素材库，负责设计部门其他日常工作和领导交办的其他事项；

5、能吃苦、勤思考，分阶段计划完成理论与实践的磨合期，准备为胜任正式设计工作而努力；

Recruitment requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in design. Have good design potential and strong sense of form, construction experience is preferred; or enthusiastic about materials and detailed research, basic knowledge of specifications and familiar with professional and technical collaborators; or strong learning ability, interested in follow-up projects from planning, design, construction and follow-up of late operational improvement needs.
2. Proficiency in Rhino, Sketch up, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and other software. Learn about Maxwell/Vary/lumion/Enscape and other rendering programs.
3. Good communication skills and team spirit, be able to accept business trips or on-site construction, strong sense of responsibility, strong resistance to pressure.
4. Willing to grow with the firm and gradually become the backbone of excellent design team.
5. Experience in excellent construction firms, companies or internships is preferred.
