软装设计师及软装设计师助理

软装组

招聘要求：

1、室内设计、美术设计或软装设计相关专业大专以上学历，有1年以上工作经验者优先；

2、熟练操作Office办公软件、CAD 、Photoshop 、 PPT等制图软件；

3、形象气质佳，具有良好的语言表达沟通能力，喜爱软装行业，具有一定的美学基础，空间

色彩感觉好，对软装有自己独特的审美和见解，具备把握空间尺度，色彩搭配、材质组合能力；

4、熟悉软装家具、饰品、布艺、花卉定制熟练掌握常用家具尺寸和材料，对软装材料、现场摆场

有实操经验；

5、制作、收集、整理所需设计资料，建立并完善设计素材库；

6、工作认真负责，团队意识强，沟通交流能力较好，能承担一定的工作压力；

7、负责部门其他日常行政工作和领导交办的其他事项；

Recruitment requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in design. Have good design potential and strong sense of form, construction experience is preferred; or enthusiastic about materials and detailed research, basic knowledge of specifications and familiar with professional and technical collaborators; or strong learning ability, interested in follow-up projects from planning, design, construction and follow-up of late operational improvement needs.
2. Proficiency in Rhino, Sketch up, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office and other software. Learn about Maxwell/Vary/lumion/Enscape and other rendering programs.
3. Good communication skills and team spirit, be able to accept business trips or on-site construction, strong sense of responsibility, strong resistance to pressure.
4. Willing to grow with the firm and gradually become the backbone of excellent design team.
5. Experience in excellent construction firms, companies or internships is preferred.
